How We Buy a Home Together
Six steps, and I am with you for every one of them.
1. Talk It Through
Home, condo, club community or rental. We talk about what you want, your budget and your timing. No forms, just a conversation.
2. Pre Approval
A pre approval letter shows sellers you are ready to buy. Use your own lender or ask me for names of lenders who know this area.
3. Private Tours
I arrange private tours of homes that fit your list and point out what matters beyond the photos: flood zones, association rules, club membership requirements and dues.
4. Your Offer
When you find the one, we look at recent sales, set a price and terms that make sense, and I negotiate every counter.
5. Inspections and Review
Inspection, title, survey and insurance all happen on a deadline. I coordinate them and help you work through anything that comes up.
6. Closing Day
A final walkthrough, the signing, and the keys. A good real estate agent does not disappear after the papers are signed, so call me anytime after you move in.
