Leased out a condo · North Palm Beach

Monika is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with in the Palm Beach area. She listed our condo and within two days had two offers at the listed price. She is very professional, incredibly detail oriented and does what she says she is going to do. She is very easy to work with even if you are outside the area which I am. She was always available by phone email or text.

Monika, checked all the boxes for me. She was thorough and meticulous in inspecting the apartment I wanted. The process of dealing with an HOA could be hectic. She smoothed the process out. I call it working her magic.Monika had all the paperwork digitized, made time for me although I have a hectic work schedule. Frankly, I would have been slightly lost without her. I did not even expect to get the place I wanted. She pulled it off. Nice place with a water front lake, my little paradise.I can’t wait till I buy my house, I know that she will be the first one I will call. Her great smile and personality makes you feel like she is not only your realtor, but a friend who is professional and interested in pleasing you. She goes above and beyond the normal realtor, not just worried about a sale, but earning a trusted client and a friend. I can’t thank you enough Monika!

Monika is nothing short of amazing! I have worked with Monika for several years now and she has never let us down. She is a hard worker and is always willing to help with things like property management when I've been in a crunch. Monika is a great supervisor with a large network of vendors in and around the home. I highly recommend Monika to anyone looking to buy, sell or manage property.

Leased out a townhouse · Thousand Oaks, Riviera Beach

Monika is an A+ real estate agent and I do not hand out grades like that for any service often. She was completely knowledgeable of my townhome’s area as well as the HOA. She was very professional, polite yet direct and to the point. Best of all she recommended we rent my place for more than I thought we could get for it (even though I had been watching the market in my area for years) and we still had multiple offers within a couple days. She found great renters and I couldn’t be happier with the final choice we made!

Shortly after we discovered we had mold in our home, Monika heard of our situation. I was just beginning to look into ways we could repair and remediate our home. I stayed in the home for several days trying to repair the home and remove the mold. All the while, Monika was already providing my wife with listings and an alternative plan should we come to the conclusion it was too extensive of a problem. After spending three days working on the home, it was clear we needed to leave. Monika knew of several homes for lease in the area we wished to relocate and began negotiating on our behalf. Frankly, we were overwhelmed with the task of moving, cleaning and disposing most of our possessions and Monika took the process of locating a home off our plate. I have been in the mortgage business for years and Monika's genuine interest in finding the perfect home impressed me deeply. I would highly recommend Monika Phillips.

I had recently moved to Florida from Kansas, and found myself in the market for a rental. I took advice from friends, made phone calls, and checked online, even talking to 5 different realtors. After one meeting where I knew more about the listing than the agent showing the place, I began to think that there were no good realtors. Then, I met Monika. She was very responsive and helpful. I was originally put in touch with her by a friend of mine helping me look, and she tried to set up a walkthrough for a listing. When she found out the listing had been rented that same day, she found me another place, set up a walkthrough, and called around for some information about the listing before we met. She was prompt and punctual, upfront with the information, and extremely helpful in walking me through the process. Anything she didn't know she was willing to find out, and when I got the keys, she gave me a list of stores and restaurants in the area that I might want to go to. I cannot recommend Monika highly enough. If you're looking for a place, check with her. You won't be sorry.

Monika made the experience of searching for a new dwelling absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge of the area, getting to know me and what I was looking for and keeping things affordable were only some of the things she incorporated when working with me. She went over and above to make sure I saw everything that I was interested in; she never was pushy nor did she ever pressure me to make a decision. She has a wonderful personality, very friendly, and likeable by all that immediately meet her. I would not hesitate to have Monika assist anyone in the real estate market. I will definitely call upon her expertise if I chose to move again, but I can honestly say, she found me the perfect place!!!

Monika is a LIFE SAVER!!! I accepted a job in West Palm Beach and had 3 weeks to find an apartment and move down from NY. I received Monika's information from my recruiter down in Flordia. My budget was pretty tight considering the area, … The rental market at the time was super competitive and it was difficult to find something in my price range. I was in a panic, but Monika stayed cool and kept me under control. After bidding on 8 apartments, we found THE one!!! I am in a great location, a totally updated space and a great gated community. I can't thank Monika enough. She returned calls, emails and texts almost immediately and at any time of the day. I never felt like I was in the dark and I always felt like I was a priority in her eyes. When I learn the area better and look to purchase next year, Monika will be my only call to look for a home!!!

Monika is the best kept secret in south Florida. I've never dealt with such a friendly, responsible, and time-efficient realtor in my life. I would recommend her to anyone new in the area. I moved here for contract work and was able to get in a new house with all of the paperwork done in less than a week of finding my particular property. I never imagined a process being so easy!

I am glad Monika was my realtor. I found he to be very knowledgeable in her about what she does. She was not afraid to get additional information from property owners to help in deciding which property would be a better fit depending on the requirements of the varying homeowner associations. She brings you along on a journey to assist in finding a home yet not feeling that you're in it alone. She goes out of her way to help you. She does. Also, she is both caring and personable. Bottom line, she is good.

Rented a single-family home · Rialto, Jupiter

Wonderful in every way! Monika helped us find a perfect rental home in complicated circumstances. We were moving from the Northeast to the Jupiter area and needed knowledgeable help to guide us through the process since we were not on the ground. Throughout the entire process, Monika was thorough, offered prompt responses to all of our questions (via e-mail and on the phone), and went the extra mile on many occasions. For example, she met vendors on our behalf when we could not be present; and showed us homes on our schedule, often with little advance notice. Monika showed great flexibility and dedication and it always seemed as if we were her primary concern/client. We are now in a wonderful rental that meets all of our needs, thanks to Monika. We would not hesitate to recommend Monika to anyone needing real estate services.
