Actually, we got the house only thanks to Monika. With our budget and other constraints, other agents that we met only rolled their eyes and communicated between the lines that we have nothing to look for. But not Monika. She made sure we did not miss any opportunity and responded very promptly when attractive listings popped out. She was able to schedule viewing within hours. She never complained when we had to walk away from the contract because unexpected issues arouse during house inspection. She has never pressured us to buy. I started my journey of looking for my 'new home' a month before Covid-19 and turned my world upside down from knowing what I want to purchase to what I should do moving forward. Monika was very supportive of me – even pulling out of an accepted offer due to this event of our lives.
