Meet Monika
I have been part of more than 350 transactions, so I know every step, from the first pricing conversation to closing day. I do not do it alone: my team, with Ian Greenen (also with Douglas Elliman), our transaction coordinator and our assistant, keeps every deadline and every detail on track.
Whether it is pricing a townhome or comparing club memberships, you will understand every cost before you decide. And when a deal hits a bump, we find a way through it.
