Its hard to put into words the dedication and personal attention Monika gave us in both buying and selling our house! Let me start by saying that in 2018, Monika was recommended by a friend who had also purchased a house out of state, as we were doing. Monika took care of everything to the last detail, which made the entire transaction seamless! And in March/2020, we had decided to sell this property and again Monika took care of every detail, especially due to the current travel issues that were in place. She was able to complete the sale without traveling out of state! Also, as a side note, Monika sold the house in 1 day! What else can you ask for! Premium service in every way. Monika was a saint sent to me during a difficult time in my life – dealing with the lost of my mom and trying to work through all that was left behind. I could not have asked for someone so caring and kind. She was able to facilitate the final clearing out of the house, placing it on the market, selling it in less than 24 hours of listing, finding someone to board it up during the hurricane and the eventual closing process. She did all of this while counseling me through my grief and family issues that came up and she took care of herself and her family during this time. Also, I was many states away while this happened. My experience with Monika as my agent was nothing short of wonderful… She was always honest and very knowledgeable about the zip codes we were interested in pursuing. Once we gave her an idea about what we were interested in, Monika provided us with a digital list of 20-30 properties or so to take a look at. Once we narrowed the list down, she was more than happy to take us to see all of our choices, and then some. She was quick to return phone calls or texts and really seemed to care about my wife and I as her clients. Once we settled on a property, Monika pretty much walked us through everything and was constantly in touch with us, our lender and our insurance agent. She took the lead and we were able to follow, even from quite a distance away. She made everything smooth and easy. Shortly after we discovered we had mold in our home, Monika heard of our situation. I was just beginning to look into ways we could repair and remediate our home. I stayed in the home for several days trying to repair the home and remove the mold. All the while, Monika was already providing my wife with listings and an alternative plan should we come to the conclusion it was too extensive of a problem. After spending three days working on the home, it was clear we needed to leave. Monika knew of several homes for lease in the area we wished to relocate and began negotiating on our behalf. Frankly, we were overwhelmed with the task of moving, cleaning and disposing most of our possessions and Monika took the process of locating a home off our plate. I have been in the mortgage business for years and Monika's genuine interest in finding the perfect home impressed me deeply. I would highly recommend Monika Phillips.

I had recently moved to Florida from Kansas, and found myself in the market for a rental. I took advice from friends, made phone calls, and checked online, even talking to 5 different realtors. After one meeting where I knew more about the listing than the agent showing the place, I began to think that there were no good realtors. Then, I met Monika. She was very responsive and helpful. I was originally put in touch with her by a friend of mine helping me look, and she tried to set up a walkthrough for a listing. When she found out the listing had been rented that same day, she found me another place, set up a walkthrough, and called around for some information about the listing before we met. She was prompt and punctual, upfront with the information, and extremely helpful in walking me through the process. Anything she didn't know she was willing to find out, and when I got the keys, she gave me a list of stores and restaurants in the area that I might want to go to. I cannot recommend Monika highly enough. If you're looking for a place, check with her. You won't be sorry.

Monika is a LIFE SAVER!!! I accepted a job in West Palm Beach and had 3 weeks to find an apartment and move down from NY. I received Monika's information from my recruiter down in Flordia. My budget was pretty tight considering the area, … The rental market at the time was super competitive and it was difficult to find something in my price range. I was in a panic, but Monika stayed cool and kept me under control. After bidding on 8 apartments, we found THE one!!! I am in a great location, a totally updated space and a great gated community. I can't thank Monika enough. She returned calls, emails and texts almost immediately and at any time of the day. I never felt like I was in the dark and I always felt like I was a priority in her eyes. When I learn the area better and look to purchase next year, Monika will be my only call to look for a home!!!

Wonderful in every way! Monika helped us find a perfect rental home in complicated circumstances. We were moving from the Northeast to the Jupiter area and needed knowledgeable help to guide us through the process since we were not on the ground. Throughout the entire process, Monika was thorough, offered prompt responses to all of our questions (via e-mail and on the phone), and went the extra mile on many occasions. For example, she met vendors on our behalf when we could not be present; and showed us homes on our schedule, often with little advance notice. Monika was amazing!!! Moved from out of state and had constant communication before I arrived for a site visit. Once I landed I had a few free days prior to my appointment with Monika and was given a lot of local information from Monika about the best places to eat and drink in the area. She is a great local resource!!

During our appointment we drove all over the Jupiter/ Palm Beach Gardens area looking at places and getting an amazing amount of local information from Monika. Even after moving down here and getting settled in Monika kept in touch making sure everything was going well.
