Your Privacy Choices
You decide how your information is used. On this page you can turn off advertising cookies on this browser and send us any privacy request: stop texts, emails or calls, see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
Advertising cookies on this browser
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, and advertising tools from AdRoll and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to show our ads to past visitors on other sites. We do not sell your information for money. Some state privacy laws count that kind of advertising cookie as “selling” or “sharing”, so you can turn it off here.

This setting is saved on this browser only. On another device, or after you clear your cookies, set it again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out and the box above says so. How to turn on GPC.

Other ways to reach us
Email moniphillips1@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject, call 561-768-3331, or write to Monika Phillips, Douglas Elliman Real Estate, 400 South US Highway 1, Suite C1, Jupiter, FL 33477. Every text message we send accepts STOP, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
What happens next
- Opt-outs (texts, emails, calls and advertising) are applied within 10 business days, usually the same day.
- Requests to see, correct or delete your information get an email reply within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address, so nobody else can see or erase your records.
- Florida requires real estate brokerages to keep transaction records for at least five years. Records tied to a pending or closed transaction are kept for that period, even after a deletion request.
- You will not be treated differently for making a request.
Who this covers
This page covers monikaphillips.com, run by Monika Phillips, a Florida licensed real estate sales associate with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, and her team. Douglas Elliman publishes its own privacy notice and choices at elliman.com.
State privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights apply to much larger businesses than ours. We offer these choices anyway. Last updated October 15, 2026.
