Overview

About Canterbury at PGA National

Canterbury is a village in PGA National with two parts: 100 single-family houses on Canterbury Drive East, Canterbury Drive West and Canterbury Circle, and The Lakes, a small condominium pocket of 16 units on Waterview Drive. Membership in the PGA National club is optional, so owners decide about golf separately from the house.

The Lakes condominium came first, in 1985. The houses followed from 1988 to 1999, most in the mid-1990s, with about 1,580 to 2,280 square feet of living area and a median lot of about 0.1 acre.

The condominium units on Waterview Drive are about 1,340 square feet each. They have their own condominium association under Chapter 718, separate from the homeowners’ association for the houses.

Canterbury sits beside Barclay Club, Bristol Club and Lexington Green on the county map. The county records the common areas of the houses in the name of Canterbury Homeowners Association, Inc. We confirm which association and documents apply for a specific home.
