Vizcaya Estates is one of the villages of Mirasol, the 2,300-acre club community off PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. It is the larger-lot section of the Vizcaya area, built from 2002 to 2005.

Most of Vizcaya Estates Drive is the plat Mirasol Par 18; Via Emilia, Trieste Drive and three Vizcaya Estates Drive lots are on Mirasol Pars H & I, shared with Villa Vizcaya.
