Arrange the visits
I line up the sales galleries and model homes worth your time, tell each sales team you are working with me before you walk in, and come with you. Builders and developers ask for that up front, and it lets me negotiate for you from the first visit.
Reserve and contract
Florida gives condominium buyers 15 days after signing and receiving the offering documents to cancel (section 718.503). We read those documents together inside that window.
Deposits and construction
Deposits are paid in stages and held under Florida’s condominium escrow rules (section 718.202). I track the construction milestones and keep you posted until you close.

It varies by project. Towers usually collect deposits in stages, at contract, at groundbreaking and at milestones during construction, and the total differs between developers. I send you the exact schedule for each project you are considering.
Can I cancel a pre-construction condo contract in Florida?
Florida law gives a buyer from a developer 15 days after signing and receiving the required offering documents to cancel without penalty (section 718.503, Florida Statutes). After that, the contract terms control.
Do I need my own agent to buy pre-construction?
The developer's sales team represents the developer. I register you before your first visit, compare projects with you, read the offering documents with you and follow construction through closing.
