Overview

About The Village at Abacoa

The Village at Abacoa is the condominium neighborhood in the middle of Downtown Abacoa. The buildings went up in 2001 and the condominium declaration was recorded in June 2004, converting them to individually owned units, mostly about 600 to 1,300 square feet.

Town Center, the master association and the story of Abacoa are in our Abacoa neighborhood guide.

The buildings on Main Street and Town Center Drive are three to five stories with shops on the ground floor; the rest are garden buildings. Everything in the town center is a walk: the Main Street restaurants, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium about two-tenths of a mile away and FAU’s Jupiter campus under half a mile. Because some buildings are three stories or taller, Florida’s milestone inspection and reserve study rules apply to them.

Like every Abacoa neighborhood, The Village at Abacoa has its own association layered under the master Abacoa Property Owners’ Assembly, so its fees and rules differ from the neighborhood next door. We pull the fee details, the disclosure summary and the budget where available before you make an offer; the estoppel certificate confirms the amounts at closing.
