About Windsor Park

Windsor Park is the newest neighborhood in Abacoa. Its four plats were recorded and most homes built between 2012 and 2016, the last in 2019, after most of the community was finished. The Abacoa Property Owners’ Assembly counts 16 floor plans from 1,499 to 3,768 square feet.

Town Center, the master association and the story of Abacoa are in our Abacoa neighborhood guide.

The association’s clubhouse on South Community Drive, built in 2013, has a fitness room, billiards, a fire pit and a heated pool. Newer construction means newer building codes, roofs and systems than in the 1990s neighborhoods, which can matter for insurance quotes. It is in northern Abacoa near Dakota Drive, about 1.3 miles from Downtown Abacoa.
