Poinciana Park is one of the in-town neighborhoods where the 1920s still set the tone. The county roll dates the middle of its homes to 1926, and the oldest to 1913, on three avenues: Seaspray, Seabreeze and Seaview.

The county roll lists 165 residential parcels: 160 houses, four vacant lots and one small multifamily building. Houses run from about 1,800 to 5,000 square feet.

The neighborhood was recorded as Poinciana Park with second and third additions, many of them in paired lots. It runs between the Lake Trail and South County Road, with a few parcels on South Ocean Boulevard.

Seaview Park and the town’s Mandel Recreation Center are on Seaview Avenue, and Royal Palm Way, the Society of the Four Arts and Worth Avenue are a short walk south.
