About Osceola Park
Osceola Park is one of the oldest platted neighborhoods in Delray Beach, a grid of avenues just south of downtown, and it is changing fast: 1920s cottages now stand next to new houses and townhomes.
The original plat is recorded at PB 3, page 2, with Linn’s Addition at PB 1, page 133. On the 2025 county roll the neighborhood has about 205 houses and 17 small multifamily buildings, plus about 20 vacant lots waiting to be built on.
The oldest house on the roll dates to 1925 and the median to 1959, but one in ten has been built since 2001. Houses run from about 960 to 2,510 square feet of living area, on lots of about 6,100 to 12,300 square feet.
It is inside the City of Delray Beach in the 33483 ZIP, a few blocks south of Atlantic Avenue. There is no mandatory homeowners’ association for the neighborhood; zoning, lot size and any recorded restrictions decide what can be built, and we confirm them for a specific lot.
