About Bridgegate
Bridgegate is two sections, North and South, under one association: about 27 Bermuda-style detached homes on the freshwater lagoon, built from 1991 to 1994.

Bridgegate South, approved in April 1992, was the 27th and last village of Jonathan’s Landing. The association owns a pool and cabana on the North recreation tract. There are no boat docks; the lagoon is fresh water.
