Overview

About Hibiscus Park

Hibiscus Park is one of the larger older neighborhoods south of Stuart, with streets named for trees and flowers, from SE Mimosa Street to SE Orange Tree Place. The county roll counts 465 homes, nearly all single-family, built over seven decades.

It was recorded in three sections: Section 1 at PB 3, page 4, and Sections 2 and 3 at PB 3, pages 27 and 53. The earliest homes on the roll date to 1954 and the median to 1977, with new houses still going up on remaining lots. Most homes have about 925 to 1,565 square feet of living area.

Lots and homes vary because the neighborhood filled in over time rather than in one build. We confirm the lot, the year built and any deed restrictions for a specific home.

It is in unincorporated Martin County with a Stuart address, mostly in the 34997 ZIP, between SE Cove Road and US 1 on the south side of Stuart, a short drive from Sandsprit Park and Manatee Pocket.
