Overview

About Loxahatchee Reserve

Loxahatchee Reserve is one of the newer large neighborhoods in west Jupiter. The county roll dates its homes to 2008 through 2015, most between 2010 and 2014, and its association is the Rialto Community Association, which is why the community goes by both names.

It is recorded on two plats, Loxahatchee Reserve (plat volume 108, page 195) and Loxahatchee Reserve North (plat volume 109, page 44). Together the county roll lists 474 single-family homes, most from about 2,300 to 4,200 square feet under air.

The association was filed in 2006 as the Loxahatchee Reserve Property Owners Association and now carries the name Rialto Community Association, Inc. Listings may use Loxahatchee Reserve, Loxahatchee Reserve North or Rialto for homes under the same association.

It sits inside Town of Jupiter limits west of I-95, a short drive from the Indiantown Road interchange and Florida’s Turnpike. Reserve at Jupiter is a separate, newer community nearby.

  • Estoppel The closing agent orders an estoppel certificate from each association, which confirms what is owed at closing.

Documents to Review Before Closing

  • Before you sign: the association disclosure summary and the parcel’s tax bill, including any non-ad valorem lines
