Jupiter Country Club
A Toll Brothers community inland in Jupiter beside Riverbend Park, announced in 2005 on 483 acres, built from 2007 around a Greg Norman Signature course, with a club operated in the Invited network and a membership rule I read in the declaration, not the brochure.
I request the fee sheet and the refund clause, walk the club with you, and order the estoppels once you are under contract.
What it is
What Jupiter Country Club is
Jupiter Country Club is the newest of the Jupiter club communities and the only one built by a national homebuilder. Toll Brothers announced it in May 2005 as a 483-acre golf community with about 266 detached homes and 394 attached residences planned; the Greg Norman Signature course opened to members on November 1, 2007, and the carriage-home condominiums started the same year. Brokerage counts in 2026 put the built result at 151 carriage-style condominiums and 405 single-family homes, with construction running through 2020 and a few lots later. The community adjoins Riverbend Park and is guard-gated.
The club is part of the Invited network (the former ClubCorp), which makes it a different animal from the member-owned equity clubs on this site. The categories are published on the club’s page; the prices are not. Whether a homeowner must hold at least a social membership is the question brokers disagree on, and it is the first thing I read in the declaration before a buyer writes.

Numbers first
Membership and what it costs
The club’s own page lists three categories, Full Golf, Associate Golf and Social, each marked inquire for pricing, and states that dues are not tied to renovation assessments. Published prices come only from brokerages and they disagree by a wide margin, so I do not quote them.
| Item | What I have today | As of and source |
|---|---|---|
| Equity or non-equity | Part of the Invited network per the club. Brokerage pages call it non-equity; one describes a small one-time charge on the social tier as equity. I confirm which it is in writing. | October 2026, club website and two brokerage pages |
| Required with the home? | Disputed. One brokerage says buyers take at least a social membership; another lists the community among non-mandatory options. I read the declaration before you offer. | October 2026, brokerage pages (conflict) |
| Joining cost | Current fee sheet on request. The club says inquire, and the brokerage figures are undated and disagree. | October 2026, brokerage pages; club website |
| Annual dues | Current fee sheet on request. Brokerage figures are undated and disagree. | Same brokerage pages |
| Capital or assessments | The club states memberships are designed without surprise fees tied to renovations. Association fees run about $706 a month at the median of current listings (most fall in the range of $686 to $1,293). | October 2026, club website; association fee computed live from current MLS listings |
| Refund terms | Not published. Network-operated clubs often do not refund initiation; I confirm rather than assume. ask me. | Not published, October 2026 |
Figures are secondhand and as of the dates shown, subject to change by the club. Where two sources disagree this widely, neither goes in your budget until the club confirms. Membership figures are separate from the association fee, property taxes and any district assessment. Where the cell says ask me, ask me and I will get the current sheet in writing.
On the ground
Golf, marina and amenities
The course is Greg Norman Signature, 18 holes with five sets of tees and 7,259 yards from the back, with nature preserves, more than a dozen lakes and mitigated wetlands worked into the routing; a driving range, putting greens and a golf school sit beside it. The club’s Social tier page lists six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and five dedicated pickleball courts, outdoor basketball, bocce, a wellness center, swimming and a children’s play area. The Grand Clubhouse is about 12,000 square feet under air with the Sway restaurant; Cay is the casual room at the Sports Club. There are two heated pools, one set up for laps.
No water. Jupiter Country Club is inland by Riverbend Park, so a boat means a slip elsewhere; the Boating page has the Jupiter options.
Product and layers
The homes
Two products from one builder. The carriage-style condominiums along Tresana Boulevard began in 2007 and number 151 by brokerage count; the single-family homes, 405 by the same count, were built from 2007 through 2020 with some lots finishing later, on streets such as Carina Drive, Carmela Court, Castalina Court, Elena Court, Rosalia Court and Sonata Drive. Toll Brothers plan names you will see in listings include Albina, Bellavita, Carina, Casa Allegre, Casa Luna, Genova, Matera, Pesaro, Salerno and Villa Milano. The early homes are Mediterranean; the later ones lean contemporary.
Layers: the homeowners association for the gate and grounds (about $706 a month at the median of current listings), a condominium association on the carriage homes with its own reserves and rental rules, and the club. Because the oldest homes are only from 2007, my file here is less about structure and more about the developer turnover history, the reserve study and the exact wording of the membership covenant.
Before you join
What I check before you join
The membership covenant is the whole question here, so it comes first:
- The declaration and any club covenant: is any membership tier required of owners, and does it transfer with the deed or get elected at purchase.
- The club’s current price sheet for all three tiers against the two conflicting brokerage sets.
- Whether any part of the initiation is refundable at a network-operated club, in writing.
- Both association budgets, the reserve study, the last three years of assessments and anything pending.
- Condominium rental rules on the carriage homes and the club’s tenant access policy.
- Food minimums, cart and trail fees, guest fees and transfer fees.
- Estoppels from each association and the club, reconciled to one closing figure.

Daily Life Around Jupiter Country Club
How Jupiter Country Club scores for daily life and what is within reach, from independent neighborhood data.
Neighborhood scores, places and schools come from Local Logic through IDX Broker and update on their own. Schools are shown by distance, not assignment; the zoned school for any address is set by the School District of Palm Beach County, and we confirm it for the home you are considering.
Questions
Questions Buyers Ask About Jupiter Country Club
Do I have to join Jupiter Country Club if I buy a home there?
Brokerage pages disagree: one says owners take at least a social membership, another lists the community as non-mandatory. The club’s own site does not say. I read the declaration and the club covenant, and I treat it as unresolved until then.
Is Jupiter Country Club an equity club?
The club is part of the Invited network, the former ClubCorp, rather than a member-owned club. Brokerage pages describe it as non-equity. I confirm in writing whether any part of the initiation is refundable.
What does membership cost?
The club lists Full Golf, Associate Golf and Social and prices on request. Published brokerage figures are undated and inconsistent, so none of them goes in your budget until the club confirms.
How old are the homes?
The carriage condominiums began in 2007 and the single-family homes ran from 2007 through 2020, with a few later. Brokerage counts put it at 151 condominiums and 405 houses. Association fees run about $706 a month at the median of current listings.
Who designed the course?
Greg Norman. The Signature course opened November 1, 2007, plays 7,259 yards from the back tees and threads through preserves and more than a dozen lakes.
