Overview

About Yacht Club Estates

Yacht Club Estates is one of the older pockets of east Jupiter. The oldest house on the county roll dates to 1957, and homes have been rebuilt here one at a time ever since, the newest in 2022.

The county roll counts 27 residential parcels: 24 single-family homes and three vacant lots, recorded on Yacht Club Estates Replat No. 1. Original houses of about 1,200 square feet sit beside rebuilt homes near 3,000, so no two streets look quite alike.

Some lots are on the water. Frontage, dock, depth and bridge clearance to the Intracoastal and the Jupiter Inlet differ by lot, so we confirm them for a specific home. This is a separate place from Jupiter Yacht Club, the condominium and marina complex nearby.

No homeowners’ association appears on state records. It sits in the 33477 ZIP off Alternate A1A near Indiantown Road, about a mile by road from Harbourside Place and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse.

  • Estoppel The closing agent orders an estoppel certificate from each association, which confirms what is owed at closing.

Documents to Review Before Closing

  • Before you sign: the association disclosure summary and the parcel’s tax bill, including any non-ad valorem lines
  • Before you sign: leasing and approval rules if you may rent, and architectural rules for exterior changes
