Windward Village is one of the original neighborhoods of Jonathan’s Landing: thirty-nine attached one-story villas in pairs, two bedrooms and two baths, about 1,430 square feet with detached carports.

The county approved the site plan for 40 villas in November 1978 and Yusem Corporation built them in 1980 and 1981. Nearly half the lots face the golf course. The association owns about four acres of common land with a pool built in 1982.
