Overview

About Country Club

The Country Club neighborhood is the ring of streets around the North Palm Beach Country Club golf course, which the Village bought in 1962. Its homes sit on two sets of early Village plats, the Country Club Addition and the Golf Course Additions, and some back onto the fairways while others sit on canals.

The county roll counts 359 single-family homes and six vacant lots. The oldest date to 1958, the median to 1963, and houses are still being rebuilt, with the newest finished in 2025. The middle home has about 2,480 square feet of living area.

The course itself is public and Village-owned. Seth Raynor laid it out in 1926, and Jack Nicklaus redesigned it in 2006 and again in 2019. Living next to it does not come with a membership; the course and club are run by the Village.

Lots vary: some face the course, some sit on canals that lead toward the Intracoastal, and some are inland. Which a home has, and any dock or bridge on the way out by water, we confirm for a specific home.
