Overview

About Ocean at the Bluffs

Ocean at the Bluffs is the only part of The Bluffs east of US 1, on the Atlantic. It is two condominium communities: North, four buildings on Ocean Bluffs Boulevard, and South, seven buildings on South Seas Drive just north of Marcinski Road.

Every residence is a two-bedroom, two-bath plan of about 1,300 to 1,400 square feet, and the buildings are five stories, so Florida’s milestone inspection and structural integrity reserve study rules apply. Each side has its own clubhouse, pool, spa and tennis court. Ocean Cay Park, a guarded county beach, sits across Marcinski Road from the South buildings, and the Town of Jupiter owns beach parking inside the South plat.

The Bluffs has no master association today, so what you pay and the rules you follow come from Ocean at the Bluffs’s own condominium documents. We pull the fee details, the disclosure summary and the budget where available before you make an offer; the estoppel certificate confirms the amounts at closing.
