Overview

About The Lakes at the Bluffs

The Lakes at the Bluffs was among the first neighborhoods the builder finished: 309 townhomes in 1984 and the last 82 in 1985, all one plan of about 1,190 square feet.

The courts are numbered and set around a lake. The association owns about 32 acres of common land with a clubhouse, pool, spa, tennis and racquetball courts and a lake dock. Marina at the Bluffs is to the west, Villas of Ocean Dunes to the east and The Ridge to the north.

The Bluffs has no master association today, so what you pay and the rules you follow come from The Lakes at the Bluffs’s own declaration and association. We pull the fee details, the disclosure summary and the budget where available before you make an offer; the estoppel certificate confirms the amounts at closing.
