Overview

About Binks Pointe

Binks Pointe is built on what used to be the driving range of the Binks Forest golf course. The Village Council approved it in 2014 as a 90-home townhouse community, and the homes went up from 2017 to 2022.

The county roll counts 89 townhomes, built from 2017 to 2022 with the median in 2020. They are large for townhomes, with a typical living area of about 2,340 square feet. The plans were cut from three stories to two during the approval.

The streets are Italian Cypress Way, Sword Fern Place, Crape Myrtle Lane and Binks Pointe Terrace. It is in the 33414 ZIP next to Binks Forest and Wellington National Golf Club, and the land came out of the old golf course property.

A small preserve inside the community was dedicated to the homeowners’ association as part of the approval. We confirm what the association maintains for a specific home.

Documents to Review Before Closing

  • Before you sign: the association disclosure summary and the parcel’s tax bill, including any non-ad valorem lines
