Overview

About Delaire Country Club

Delaire Country Club is a member-owned club community founded in 1978 on about 340 acres. Its 27 holes, the Woods, Lakes and Hills nines, were first designed by Joe Lee and opened in 1979.

There are about 326 homesites, on streets named for trees: Live Oak Boulevard, White Cedar Lane, Cherry Laurel Lane, Red Maple Circle and Silver Oak Circle among them. The course has been redesigned since it opened, by Brian Bowles in 2002 and most recently by Kipp Schulties in 2016 and 2017. The clubhouse address is 4645 White Cedar Lane, Delray Beach 33445.

According to the Boca Raton Observer, membership is mandatory for homes within the community, with an equity class for residents. That makes club costs part of the cost of owning here; dues and equity terms are on request.

Census geocoding of the club and of home addresses places Delaire inside the City of Delray Beach, east of Military Trail between Linton Boulevard and Clint Moore Road, so city zoning, permits and services apply. We confirm the jurisdiction, the club terms and the association on the property record for a specific home.
