Southridge is an older plat of house lots in south Delray Beach, recorded in PB 13, pages 38 and 39, filled in mostly around 1980 and still taking new houses. Three small condominiums from the 1980s sit at its edges.
The county roll counts about 230 houses on the Southridge plat and its second plat. The oldest dates to 1930, but most went up from the late 1970s on, with a median of 1982 and new houses through 2025. The typical house has about 1,450 square feet of living area on a lot of about 5,500 square feet.
The condominiums are Southridge Village, 68 units from 1982; Sherwood Gardens, 36 units from 1986 at 905 Southridge Road; and Fall Ridge of Delray, 60 units from 1980 at 1100 SW 4th Avenue. Each has its own association and documents.
It is inside the City of Delray Beach in the 33444 ZIP, west of Swinton Avenue and north of Linton Boulevard, a short drive to downtown and Atlantic Avenue.
