What Else to Check
- Property owners’ association Vernon Heights is deed restricted and its dues are mandatory; we confirm the assessment and the restrictions from the association for a specific home.
- City electric service Homes inside the City of Lake Worth Beach are served by the city’s own electric utility rather than FPL; we read a recent bill for a specific home.
- Taxes and insurance After a sale the assessed value resets the following January. Flood zone and roof age drive insurance quotes, so we check both for the address.
- Estoppel The closing agent orders an estoppel certificate from each association, which confirms what is owed at closing.
