Overview

About Paseos

Paseos is built on land tied to one of Jupiter’s first businesses. The Pennocks ran a fern farm and dairy here in the early 1900s, and the neighborhood’s recorded name, Pines on Pennock Lane, keeps their name on the map.

The county roll counts 321 single-family homes, built in a short window from 2003 to 2006, with a median year of 2005. Sizes vary more than the build dates suggest, from about 1,860 to 3,640 square feet under air, so one street can hold several floor plans.

The streets carry Spanish names, Via Veracruz, Via Rosina, Via Santa Cruz and Via Catalunha, off Pennock Lane. The Paseos Property Owners Association, filed in 2002, maintains the common areas through Coastal Property Management.

It sits in central Jupiter, entered from Indiantown Road by way of Toney Penna Drive and Pennock Lane. Downtown Abacoa is a short drive south, and the beaches and the Riverwalk are east.
