Overview
About Cornerstone
Cornerstone is a new condominium building on Jupiter’s stretch of US Highway 1: 15 residences on a 1.03-acre site on Lake Worth Creek, beside Harbourside Place. The owner held the land from 1993, cleared an older three-story building, started construction in April 2020, and listings date the finished building to 2025.
The five-story building has residences of about 2,000 to 4,000 square feet, two parking spaces per home and about 2,500 square feet of shops on the ground floor. Robert M. Swedroe Architects & Planners designed it, Seach Construction built it.
Listings describe a rooftop pool and spa, a fitness room and a social room, with Intracoastal views. The site faces Lake Worth Creek, the stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway that runs south from the Jupiter Inlet, and the building has a 14-slip dock and a green roof terrace.
Addresses appear two ways: the plans used 50 South US Highway 1, and current records use 1 South Coastal Way, in the 33477 ZIP. In a building this new, the declaration, the association budget and the slip rules are the documents to read first, and we pull them for a specific residence.

- Boat slip With 15 residences and 14 slips, slip assignment and any separate slip cost come from the condominium documents; we confirm them for a specific residence.
- Taxes and insurance After a sale the assessed value resets the following January. Flood zone and roof age drive insurance quotes, so we check both for the address.
- Estoppel The closing agent orders an estoppel certificate from each association, which confirms what is owed at closing.
Documents to Review Before Closing
- Before you sign: leasing, pet and approval rules if they matter to you
- After you sign: the declaration, articles, bylaws, rules, budget and reserves, with the cancellation window Florida law sets once you receive them
- For buildings three stories or taller: milestone inspection and structural integrity reserve study status
- Before closing: the estoppel certificate from the condominium association
