About Yacht Harbor Manor

Yacht Harbor Manor is one of the few single-family neighborhoods on Singer Island. Its houses went up mostly from the late 1950s to the early 1970s, on lots of roughly 7,600 to 12,600 square feet on the west side of the island.

The county roll counts about 148 houses and two vacant lots on the Yacht Harbor Manor plat. The oldest house dates to 1957, the middle of the roll to 1966, and a steady run of rebuilds since 2000 sits beside the original ranch-era homes. Houses run from about 1,400 to 3,300 square feet.

It is in the City of Riviera Beach, between Sugar Sands and Palm Beach Isles, a short drive from the oceanfront parks on Ocean Drive and the Blue Heron Bridge to the mainland.

Some lots sit on canals that lead to the Lake Worth Lagoon. Water frontage, seawall condition and dock rights vary by lot, and we confirm them for a specific home.
